AMRAP Splits Help
AMRAP Splits is for "as many rounds as possible" workouts where you track rounds or total reps with per-exercise splits.
Quick start
Tap a preset or choose Rounds or Reps mode, then press Start.
Custom workout
Tap Set Up (or double-tap the timer display) to open the settings panel.
โข Set total AMRAP time
โข Choose Rounds or Reps mode
โข Add exercises (name + target reps if needed)
โข Decide whether to cycle exercises or go freestyle
โข Set rest between rounds or between exercises
โข Add prep countdown and completion message
During the session
Tap Complete Round (in Rounds mode) to log the round and enter results.
Use Pause/Resume, Reset, or Clear as needed.
iPhone / iPad
Tap Enable Sound in the banner before starting.
Save & load
Use Import / Export in the settings panel to save or load your AMRAP template.
Pro tip
Perfect for group classes โ athletes can track their own reps on paper while the big timer runs.
