Countdown is a simple timer for any fixed duration (rests, holds, intervals, etc.).
Quick start
Tap any preset button or enter a time directly, then press Start.
Custom workout
Tap Set Up (or double-tap the timer display) to open the settings panel to:
- Set exact minutes and seconds
- Choose a custom completion message
- Enable/disable voice, tones, and haptics
- Set reminder beeps at 2 min, 1 min, or halfway
During the session
Use Pause/Resume, Reset (keeps time), or Clear (resets to 00:00).
iPhone / iPad
Tap Enable Sound in the banner before starting.
Pro tip
Double-tap the big numbers anytime to jump straight into the settings panel.
