Mobility Help
Mobility Timer lets you create complex multi-activity workouts with time-based and rep-based exercises, round groups, and built-in rests.
Quick start
Tap any preset in the dropdown to load a ready-to-go mobility flow, then press Start.
Custom workout
Tap Set Up (or double-tap the timer display) to open the settings panel.
Add round groups, insert time-based or rep-based activities, set rest periods between them, adjust prep countdown, and enable tones/voice/haptics.
You can reorder, duplicate, or delete activities as needed.
During the session
Use Pause/Resume, Complete Next, Reset, or Clear. The timer automatically moves through each activity and rest.
iPhone / iPad
Tap Enable Sound in the banner at the top before starting — required for beeps and voice cues.
Save & load
Use Import / Export at the bottom of the settings panel to save your workout or load one you created earlier.
Pro tip
Works completely offline. Add to your home screen for a full-screen app-like experience.
