📥 How to Use These Downloads

  1. Find a workout you like below.
  2. Click the Download button to save the .json file.
  3. Go to the corresponding timer page (e.g., interval-timer.html, HIIT, Mobility).
  4. Click Import and select the downloaded file—settings load automatically.
  5. Start your workout! (Tip: You can rename files freely; only the JSON contents matter.)
